I have been in your shoes.

Lost, deflated and overwhelmed by the multitude of training and nutrition advice about how to lose fat and feel “toned.” 

I have always had passion for health and fitness and after having my daughter’s over 12 years ago, I wanted reshape my body, so I began to educate myself around how to fuel my body and train affectively. It was only when I began to combine good nutrition with resistance training, that I saw the results I wanted. I was hooked.

I wanted to be that person people could turn to for help. So I changed careers from the Veterinary industry and became a Personal Trainer. 

I have helped many Women and some Men to realise that you don’t need to do endless HIIT sessions and elimination diets to see the body you want. In fact, quite the opposite.

I want to help you realise that lifting heavy weights won’t make you bulky, that protein powder is your friend and you can still have all the food you enjoy if followed in the correct way!
