Most conversations I have with people explain how they have tried dozens of training routines and diet plans yet they have seen very little in the way of progress, for the hard work they have put in. They train hard, eat well but don’t get the results they deserve.
Let’s end all the guesswork and follow my nutritional strategies and fitness programs whilst actually enjoying life as you go!
Your training program will be designed following a consultation with me, so I understand what you are looking to achieve. It will be bespoke to you and your goals.
I will guide you through what you need to do, how to do it and give you the understanding to take away to implement into workouts at home or the gym.
You will be able to train with confidence, knowing that the efforts you are making, will produce results!
Nutrition is paramount in achieving results. I will help you break through the confusion which surrounds dieting. You will feel empowered and in control to not only make healthy food choices, but include the foods you enjoy, making it a lifestyle change not a chore like some “diets” can be.
Your nutrition is geared towards your own personal goal, which will be identified during your consultation with me. You will have the flexibility to eat what you wish, but remain centered around your own calorie targets and optimal macros. You will understand what to eat, when to eat and not fear food and dieting. I want you to learn how to fuel your body for long term success, not make a short term fix.
These plans include –
1 or 2 tailored personal training session at my private gym per week.
Additional training program to follow outside of your sessions with me which can be either home or gym based.

Payment for the 12 week program can be made in full or monthly payments to help spread the cost.
A GoCardless agreement or Standing Order will be set up and T&C’s signed and agreed when you join CBS.
